How the pricing works, in plain terms

Two things are free and always will be: music smart links and short links. Make as many as you like, no account needed, no expiry. Everything you pay for sits on top of that — WhatsApp links, routing one link to several people, and the click analytics.

There is no "Pro" bundle you have to buy to get one feature. Each thing is its own small plan, so a home baker who needs one WhatsApp link pays $5 a month, not $30 for things she does not use.

Which plan do I actually need?

  • You post music and want one link that works everywhere. Free. Nothing to buy. If you later want to see which platform your listeners choose and which country they are in, add Smart Link Analytics ($3/month).
  • You want customers to message you on WhatsApp from your bio or website. One WhatsApp link ($5/month). It comes with the pre-filled message, a QR code, a profile page option, and per-link click stats. Buy more slots if you run more than one number or campaign.
  • Two or more people answer the WhatsApp inquiries. Multi-agent ($10/month for two numbers, $5 for each extra). One public link, each new tap goes to the next person in rotation, with working hours per person. The link is included.
  • You use short links in a bio, newsletter or print and want to know what worked. Short Link Analytics ($3/month). The links stay free; this adds the reports.
  • You run a label, an agency, or several brands. 1lnk Unlimited ($100/month) — every feature, no slot counting, no per-agent maths. Cheaper than adding it up past about ten WhatsApp links.

Monthly or annual?

Every plan has both. Annual is 10% off and you pay once. If you are testing whether WhatsApp links bring you customers, start monthly and switch when you know. You can change from Billing at any time.

Questions people ask before paying

Do free music smart links or short links expire, or get a cap later?

No. Free means free — no expiry, no cap on the number of links, and the links do not get switched off if you never upgrade.

What happens to my WhatsApp link if I cancel?

The link stays live until the end of the period you paid for. After that it stops redirecting, but it is not deleted — reactivate the plan and it works again with the same URL and history.

Why is analytics separate from the link?

Because most people do not need it, and it would make the free links not free. When you do want it, it is $3 a month rather than a jump to a bigger tier.

Multi-agent — do all the agents need to be on my plan?

No. An "agent" is just a WhatsApp number you add to the link. The people behind those numbers do not need accounts. You pay per number on the link.

How do I pay?

Card, UPI, netbanking or wallet, through Razorpay. Prices are shown in USD and charged in INR at checkout.

Is there a refund?

See the refund policy — the short version is that we refund within 7 days if the thing you paid for did not do what the pricing page said.
