Refund Policy

1. Trials first
Multi-agent plans include a 14-day free trial, and every core tool is free forever — so you can validate everything before paying.
2. Monthly plans
Monthly subscriptions ($5 per link, $5 per agent, $3 analytics plans, $100 1lnk Unlimited) can be canceled anytime and remain active until the end of the paid period. We offer a full refund within 7 days of a monthly charge if the premium features were not materially used.
3. Yearly plans
Any plan billed annually (10% off) is refundable in full within 14 days of purchase.
4. How to request
Email support@1lnk.app from your account email with the subscription and reason. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Exceptions
We may refuse refunds for abuse (repeated subscribe-refund cycles) or violations of the Terms.
