1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using 1lnk.app ("1lnk", "we", "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

1lnk provides link tools: music smart links, WhatsApp click-to-chat links, multi-agent routing, profile pages, short links, QR codes, lead-capture forms and analytics. Free features are provided as-is; paid plans add premium capabilities as described on the pricing page.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.

4. Acceptable use

• No spam, phishing, malware or deceptive redirects.
• No illegal content or links that infringe others' rights.
• No harassment, hate or adult content targeting minors.
• No attempts to abuse, overload or reverse-engineer the platform.

We may disable links or accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period (monthly or yearly) until canceled. Per-link plans apply to the specific link chosen at checkout. Multi-agent pricing is per active WhatsApp number. See the Refund Policy for refunds.

6. Content & intellectual property

You keep ownership of content you upload (artwork, logos, text). You grant us a license to host and display it to operate the service. Music metadata and artwork shown by search come from third-party platforms and belong to their owners.

7. Third-party services

Links resolve to third-party platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, WhatsApp and others). We are not responsible for their availability, content or policies.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1lnk is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
