Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account data — email, name and a hashed password.
• Link data — the links, pages, numbers and content you create.
• Click analytics — timestamp, country/city (from network headers), device, OS, browser and referrer of visitors who use your links. IP addresses are used to estimate unique visitors.
• Lead submissions — form fields a visitor chooses to submit before a WhatsApp redirect, stored for the link owner.

2. How we use it

To operate the service, show you analytics, prevent abuse and improve features. We do not sell personal data.

3. Sharing

Data is shared only with processors needed to run 1lnk (hosting, email) and when required by law. Public pages show only what you configure them to show — visitor phone numbers are never displayed.

4. Retention & deletion

Data is kept while your account is active. Deleting a link deletes its click events and leads; deleting your account removes your data within 30 days. Email support@1lnk.app for deletion requests.

5. Your rights

Depending on your region (GDPR/CCPA), you may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data. Contact us and we'll respond within 30 days.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed, access is token-based, and admin actions are audit-logged. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
